The Beckhams sketches were some of the viewers’ favourites. We aimed to create a mini-play in three minutes - a kind of Abigail’s Party in miniature... Katy Brand is ace as Victoria Beckham...
 
   
 
 
MADONNA SONG:
 
The original version of this sketch had a testicle falling out of Madge’s leotard. We decided this was a bit too much for an ITV1 audience, and just left her with a bulging packet!

Before all the different postings of this sketch were taken down - we had over half-a-million hits for this song on YouTube.
 

 
 
A FEW QUICKIES:
 
The show got some of the highest ratings for an animation in the UK in the noughties - beating even South Park and the Simpsons! Here’s a few quickies, showing a load of different characters...
 
 
 
 
THE ADVENTURES OF MIRREN & DENCH:
 
I’m particularly fond of this sketch, as it was one of the first Headcases sketches we ever recorded. Obviously, events have overtaken the story - as Kate Winslett has now got an Oscar!
 
 
 
 
MOHAMMAD AL-FAYED’S WORLD OF CONSPIRACIES:
 
At the time of the show - Mohammad Al-Fayed was airing his nutty conspiracy theories about the death of Princess Diana. This sketch was knocked out in about ten days, and is performed with fab energy by comedy legend Omid Djalilli...
